Comments
Nice looking barb with nice colorations. This fish is fairly agressive, and will eat any small fish that is around them. They are easy to take care of and love to eat frozen food such as bloodworms, tubifex worms and brineshrimp (not as a staple diet). As adults they developpe a very nice red on their baack fin and dorsal fin, while still keeping their black bands on their bodies. The Temperature of the water should be anywhere from 68-76.
